Well, that’s why she is one of the most sadistic female anime characters. She’s way too sadistic, and sometimes it goes out of hand. Some people consider her the best girl in the anime, and some call her a psychotic b*tch, but she’s got a pretty character design, that’s for sure.
Traits: Sadistic, Hot, and a bit Psychotic. However, after Keyaruga’s revenge, when she turns into Freiya from Flare, her personality turns into an adorable girl. However, I enjoyed a few scenes where she lets Keyaruga please her, but she is extremely abusive and horny. I’m not even surprised that she’s on the list because she’s one of the most sadistic female characters I’ve come across. Traits: Sadistic, Sexy, Horny and Arrogant. Even though she was a bit out of line in the anime, she’s an adorable character. Her backstory is kind of sad, and with that, we love her a lot. If you love dominant and sadistic women, Meiko Shiraki would make the best waifu. Traits: Sadistic, Extemely Hot, Lovable, Adorable, and Strong. Although she’s not as crazy, her sadistic behavior saves up a spot on the list. 
People say Yuno from The Future Diary anime is the Yandere queen, but whenever I remember Shion, I feel like she’s more deserving of that title.
Traits: Sadistsic, Badass, Hot, Psychotic, and Lovable. Although she was likable at first, in the despair arc, she was displayed way too cruelly, and hence, more than 70% of viewers hate her more than anything. Junko is one of the most interesting characters from Danganronpa anime. Traits: Sadistic, Manipulative, Annoying, and Smart. I’m pretty many people love her for what she is but she’s crazy. On the surface, Yuno is a beautiful and talented model student, but her obsession with Yuki led to way too many deaths. Traits: Sadistic, Ruthless, Analytical, and Loves to Stalk. Even though Rias Gremory is the best girl in the anime, Akeno steals second place as a Waifu. Akeno HimejimaĪkeno loves tormenting her opponents by overpowering them with her powers, and we viewers love that side. In a sense, it was meant to be adorable, but sometimes it gets abusive, and that’s exactly why she’s sadistic. She always loves bullying and playing with Naoto. Imagine Takagi-san evolved in a negative way, and you’d get Nagataro. Traits: Sadistic, Mischievous, Adorable, and a Bully. Anime: Don’t Toy With Me, Miss Nagataro. We definitely couldn’t stand her actions, and that’s precisely why she’s one of the most sadistic female anime characters. CathyĬathy might seem like a bad b*tch, but I think she’s a great villain for the anime. I’d definitely not want her as a doctor if going to treat my eyes. Rei appears to be a typical doctor at the beginning of the anime, but she loves torturing the patients and is immensely sadistic. Traits: Sadistic, Psychotic, Hot and Smoking-Addict. But she was naive and quite sadistic, and I believe she deserves every ounce of hate she gets. Seryu is the girl with a puppy, and she was a total lunatic who thought she was following justice. Traits: Sadistic, Dumb, Naive, and Psychotic. 
I’m glad we wouldn’t be able to see her character anymore in the show. In the end, she got what she deserved, and her sadistic behavior couldn’t get a better ending. In fact, we have seen how she kissed Keyaruga to experience the feel of Flare’s body after he pleased her.
Traits: Sadistic, Cruel, Strong, and Loathes menīlade is another sadistic one from Redo of Healer anime, and she is obsessed with Flare. When she tried to eat Kaneki, she didn’t just kill him instead tried to enjoy the pleasure of seeing him in despair. Rize has very short screen time in the anime, but she proved herself as one of the most sadistic female anime characters just like that. Traits: Sadistic, Hot, Bloodthirsty, and Miserable. Well, I’m pretty sure there will be a few people who’d love her. It’s not that it can justify her sadistic and cruel acts. Traits: Sadistic, Manipulative, Flirtative, and CuteĮkaterina might be an annoying character, but somehow she feels kinda cute. She is lovable, but her bullying attitude makes her one of the most sadistic female anime characters. I’ll kneel in front of you, my Queen! Revy is a mercenary, and we can see her sadistic personality every time she kills someone without hesitation.
